Custom Export from the Report List as described elsewhere can be very powerful, offering complex data and formatting options but it does not handle photos as well as some older and simpler export formats.
To create a spreadsheet with a primary purpose of displaying photos, however, this solution is better.
As with the other export type, download the template.
$startItemisedindicates the beginning of the section to be filled.
hCustomer, hLocation, hDate, hDateTimeStarted, hDateTimeReleased, hUser refer to data in the report as one might expect. Others are often added so if there is a similar fixed item (ie not a template item with a unique name) it is worth seeing whether it works.
unique names are used just as they are.
Unique names of photos and signatures can be suffixed with _opFile2, _opFile3, _opFile4, etcto display additional photos or signatures (eg in a repeating section).
Other repeating unique names can be displayed using [unique name]___0, [unique name]___1, [unique name]___2, [unique name]___3, etc
Whilst this functionality is greater than with $startItemisedPlusPlus, formating is restricted and even headings will sometimes cause problems.
